Hackathons are popular at TurnToTech. Students love participating in these 1 – 3 day, themed, intensive group competitions around the creation of mobile apps, and each week a different group of students competes to create an app that fits a particular theme. Last night’s Tech Job Fair, a collaboration between New York Software Engineers, BlueWaterLabs and TurnToTech, was a smashing success! Over 250 job seekers flooded TurnToTech’s Flatiron District office where they mixed and mingled with potential employers and forged new connections. The inaugural summer tech fair provided an invaluable opportunity for employers to network and connect with recent grads, recruiters and working professionals seeking new career opportunities in tech.  Employers present were hiring for developers, designers and data science roles.
